Most expensive home for sale in NC

So we are all clear, the most expensive FOR SALE in N.C. California has a lot more for sale that cost more. Could that be due to people wanting to be in N.C. and people are fleeing California?

I was in South Carolina and North Carolina last November and I could not believe how Liberal NC was in comparison. Everybody was wearing masks in their cars, wearing tie-dye shirts, had purple hair, etc. South Carolina reminded me of America in the 1960's.
North Carolina is rapidly becoming a liberal shithole, IMO. And I have family there.

Due to 40 million people in California and 10 million in North Carolina. California might have a few more homes. So i guess they're leaving Liberal California to go to Liberal North Carolina, makes sense.

In the last 20 to 25 years the libtards from NE have flocked to NC to escape the bullshit and have started it here. This state is very different now unfortunately. Larger cities are worse of course.

This is what liberals have been doing for the past 40 years. All from California. First it was Oregon. Then Washington. Now Nevada, Arizona, Texas, NC, all over the place. They soil their own environment with their whacko policies to the point where it is unlivable, and then move to a conservative area and start all over. It's a disease. Like cancer. California was Conservative right up until the 90's. We still have had more Conservative Governors than Liberals here. But all the Liberals came out here for work, weather, scenery, and money. Unfortunately a lot of Liberals have money.
