Had some Miller Lites, then had the neighbor and his two sons over.
At the bar we hit all three decanters, Macallan 12, Oban 14 and then Alexander Murray 23y I got at Costco for $80,,, the AM really sucks for $80, way too damn sweet.

Tonight will try to do the same, but may pour some Ardbeg Wee Beastie, easily the greatest $50 bottle of booze ever marketed, iodine and old band aids!!

I had a rum and RC Cola last night. I opened the bottle of Captain Morgan I bought in early '20 when Texas was threatening to close down all the liquor stores. The RC 2 liter is a couple months old and is starting to go flat, but still had a little carbonation.

Call me a party animal.

Old Fashioned at a friends house with steaks grilling on the fire pit. I usually drink neat, but they were doing cocktails. Worked out good because I took over their Christmas gift of Buffalo Trace and Russell’s 10 for cocktails.

My thoughts exactly. I think the "ocean" is just a sales pitch...a gimmick. It certainly didn't make it taste any better. For the price of it, I'll take a bottle of Elijah Craig Small Batch all day long.
