Just had lunch at a great local Wood Fired Pizza place..

Their Pizza is a thing of beauty..
Very tasty as well..

I enjoy a good crust and tomato sauce much more than any toppings. A great wood or coal fired crust with a good sauce is more than enough flavor for me.

You need to start a food blog, you have good taste AND enjoy your meals.
If it works and keeps you busy enough, you will have very little time to argue for telsas.

Pretty certain most in here would subscribe, go for it.

Besides reviews, you can explain the history, variations, and of course, show them how you make it at home.
Do a few comparison episodes, use the nearby VB doods as judges, I would show up provided my vote cancels the others.

Include Italian appetizers, breadsticks, salads and desserts.

Once you get your Food Network show, you can do all Italian entrees.
