My favorite is the right amount of salt, and dipped in Ketchup. Mayo is OK too. A good cheese sauce also works for me.

Utah has fry sauce and that's what I use for regular fries. Curly fries from Arby's get horseradish.

British put malt vinegar on their chips, never came across that myself but I like salt and vinegar potato chips
