Uuuuu Weeeee !!! Today was upper body. I copped a great sweat.
I set the timer for one hour, put The Tragically Hip Station on Pandora and was done in less than one hour, after work.
I do 6 sets of each, increasing the weight by 5 lbs for each set.
Flys , for example, 12@10 lbs, 10@15lbs,8@20lbs, 6@25lbs, 12@25 and 12lbs@25lbs with one minute of rest in between each set for each excercise
Bench Press
Seated Dumbbell Press
Dumbbell Pull overs
Dumbell Extensions
Curls

That is a great workout. Kicks your ass, but it shreds fat and builds muscle quickly.

I started really light , so as not to hurt myself.
In three weeks, I'm already 1/2 way to where I was when I was at top form.
When are you moving, and where are you moving to ?

Down to 253 lbs
It will be 2 months, on Wednesday,that i started the Bill Phillips thing.
Everything is back where it should be.
I can't believe how fast my body toned up and lost 14 lbs.
I have abs again.
Not bad for 53 years old.

I'm on rrestriction until my BP is under control. No biking, no stressing events, nothing yet.
Had a cardio stress test a couple of weeks ago, they stopped the test at phase 3 when my pressure hit 230...

Now on a new med, still averaging 140's over 90's. Ugh.

Whoa, That is high !. Like I didn't have to tell you that.
I'm shooting for eliminating my high BP med, but high BP runs in my family and the doctor said that I'll probably be on it forever, no matter what I do.
He has me dialed in to perfection on Lisinopril.
He loves the Bill Phillips workout and said just do it.
Man... Hopefully you get your situation sorted out quickly... That's a bummer.

I was born with joints muscles and tendons that are capable of making a finite number of movements before they wear out. I'm not wasting it on exercise.

Now the Sauna I can get behind.
