I went through the drive thru this morning to get some breakfast on my way to work. I waited a solid minute at the menu before the worker acknowledged me, and I placed my order. All I got back was "can you speak up?" four times, even though I yelled the last time. So, on my own initiative, I pulled up to the window to give her my order. She told me that I couldn't order through the window and need to drive back through the drive thru. I explained that she couldn't her me, to which she replied "well, maybe you need to talk louder." So I yelled my order at her face, and she slammed the window shut and walked away.

a little background: This McD's has always been a crap shoot as to whether or not I get my order or spent long enough that I just drive away, but it's the only one on my way to work.

Were you in the diesel truck? I always turn the engine off to order, because the noise really messes with the intercom.

Well, when you have businesses populated by 8th grade drop outs, your expectations shouldn't be real high. I generally want to choke someone out every time I visit a McD's, so I rarely patronize them. They suck, their food sucks, and then some.

I went to one the other day and a guy was running around the McDonald's screaming f you McDonald's the service was awful and employees were messing up orders left and right. And they want $15 dollars an hour

Just call the 1-800 number for customer service on line and complain. They LOVE to get comments about their stores like this and trust me changes will be made to that store. Plus they'll probably send you a bunch of coupons for free stuff.

I have a box of frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sammiches I bought at BJs. Egg white, cheese, and turkey sausage. Just nuke and eat. Way better than filthy McNasty.

Go inside to order, they can't ignore you when you are in their face. It only takes a couple minutes extra time. I almost never use the drive through anymore anywhere.

I don't like drive thru's. My wife and I went to visit her mother in the hospital at Portsmouth VA. We stopped at a Hardee's right near the hospital and went thru the drive thru. When we got up to the window we saw this wonderful person coughing up a loogie and spitting it in our Peach shakes. Needless to say we left, called the health department, Hardee's and anyone else we could think of. We did get an apology letter from Hardee's and free coupons, they make great fire starters by the way.

I will never talk any shit to people that serve me food, ever! just for fear of this happening.

If I don't like something about the place, I just wont ever go back.

As far as fast food goes, I always preferred to go inside to make my orders.

They seem to mess up the order half the time if you order more than just a few items.. so you end up going back inside anyways.

Also you can watch them make your food so no games.
