RIVALRY WEEK

Hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving. Things kicked off last night with one of College Football's greatest rivalry games, the Egg Bowl between Mississippi State and Ole Miss. State stopped a 2 point conversion try by Ole Miss to seal the road win and their first win over Lane Kiffin led Ole Miss.

We've got a great slate of rivalry games for both Friday and Saturday.

The Iron Bowl. Clemson vs. South Carolina. Baylor vs. Texas. The battle for the boot, Arkansas vs. Missouri. UCLA and Cal. Florida vs. Florida State. UNC vs. N.C. State. Purdue Indiana. Minnesota & Wisconsin. Notre Dame vs. USC.
The lost goes on and on and on.

GAME OF THE WEEK: #3 Michigan @ #2 Ohio State

Arguably the greatest rivalry game in all of college football (the Iron Bowl would be the other contender), this one might be the highest stakes game in the history of Michigan vs. Ohio State. Both teams are undefeated, both teams are currently slotted in the College Football Playoff, and both teams have a chance today to lock in that spot, as well as crush their rival's Big Ten and National Championship dreams. Ohio State has the speed, the talent, the prolific passing game, the experienced QB, and home field advantage. Michigan has the toughness, the size in the trenches, the power running game, the stifling defense. BUT - huge injury issues for Michigan. Both Blake Corum and the #2 RB were injured last week. It caused Big Blue's offense to grind to a halt against Illinois, and Michigan needed a last second FG to win at home. Can Corum play today? If not, huge disadvantage for Michigan and huge burden placed on their young QB.

I too will be rooting for Michigan, but if Corum can't go, it could get ugly quick if Michigan has no run game.

If Corum isn't on by the field Mich gets crushed. Neither Qb is worth a shit throwing.
Iron bowl probably be best game tomorrow IMO.

In week 2 or so, I was cheering on my Frogs, and he gave a big ole' yawn as though we were "oh so boring". And here it is week 12. And we're undefeated.

Winding up with egg on one's face is exactly why I don't shoot off my mouth about other teams.

That's what makes it fun. You talk smack all year long. Your team loses who gaf it's a game. That's why i pick on fOSU all the time. The posters outside of Allan have no sense of humor. It's life and death with them. Same with SEC fans and some posters. You look in the crowd and fans and are crying and their little football world is crumbling over a game.

I would love to see TCU win it all but it isn't going to happen. They're like USC a very good team but not a great team.

The Buckeyes will more than likely start a freshman RB .

I saw an ESPN 30 for 30 about the Auburn/Alabama rivalry and how some of their fans behave. The number of headcases involved in that would absolutely blow your mind.

I'm happy for my school and what they've accomplished. We've enjoyed a phenomenal year exceeding anyone's expectations including our own. It's been a great season for all of us.
