I’m sorry. I cannot comment truthfully about anything in my life in since it might be seen as a lack of humility, a self-aggrandizing lie or hurt someone’s feelings.

The truth is, I don’t even play guitar. Also, I have worked at McDonalds my entire life and in five years I might make assistant manager. I do not own any dogs, nor do I train them. I’ve never owned a Corvette and I’m healthy as a horse.

Everything I’ve posted for the last 20 years has been a lie.

I have a sixth grade education in public schools. I’m also a flaming progressive.

I hope that clears up any confusion.

If anyone doesn’t like my posts you can PM NAV and she will make it so you can’t see them and vice versa.

Klaussen. Everyone knows that. Sold in the refrigerated section of your grocery store.

I like the Mt Olive kosher dills. Klaussen are good as well. I really like the old fashioned pickle barrel pickles that I got once out of a general store in Scranton PA. Some great food back there.
I looked up the Sucker Punch three-pepper pickles, and they get a great review, but are based on a sweet pickle. Which is fine for a burger or as a relish, but just to snack on, not my taste.

You need to back up a few posts. Not my preference, but STS prefers them to broccoli for anal insertion. That, to me, is another use.

I do the same type of thing. Love hot food. Grew my own hot peppers this year and they are hot as HELL. The weird thing is, these ones don't burn the next day going out. I call that a win.

I think growing up in Oakland and eating Flints, McCoys, Dougs, Everette and Jones, and Leon's black BBQ set us up for life.

I went to Rockridge Elementary for 6th grade and made friends who lived in the Rockridge and College Ave. districts. It was strictly ghetto then, 1972. BART came in, and everything changed. Today, the Rockridge and College Ave/Elmwood Ave. districts are some of the priciest in the Bay Area.
Really neat 1910's homes with all the built-ins and extras. Too bad the drug addicts have taken over Lake Merritt and downtown. They need to be fire-hosed into the storm drains, IMO.

I remember that house on Golden Gate. That was a HUGE old house. The one I lived in was much smaller, on Contra Costa, built in 1929, and was a 'Tudor' style house with a 22' rolled living room ceiling, leaded glass windows, hardwood floors, slate roof, laundry shoot, and even a wine cellar. It burned down in '91 as well. That whole area was full of custom homes, no two alike, all built from about 1912 to 1940.

LOL....our house was the same, but more modest. The kitchen had the original Wedgewood gas stove and oven, and original metal-lined bulk flower and grain drawers with a big pewter scoop to dish out the flower, etc. The corners were rounded so no residue could hang up and get stuck. Very cool. My buddy Tom lived in an older house down the street and the laundry chute went the full 3 floors like our house, but, but, was wide enough for us to slide down it! We got into trouble for doing that. I vividly remember the porcelain fixtures, pedastal sinks, fully finished basements, and parquet floors. All gone now.
