I only wear a procedure mask to see most patients. Only use N95, full head shield and gown for symptomatic/COVID patients. Guess what? I have ZERO immunity (was tested) and have yet to get it.

Please, ANYONE, show me just one legitimate clinical trial that proves masks don't work.

Also see dumb people wearing gloves, like it will keep COVID from absorbing through the skin.

Wash or hand sanitize correctly OFTEN. I keep hand sanitizer in my pocket or purse. Every time I am out of my car I hand sanitize before getting back in the car. Pump gas? Open gas, put card in one hand, push zip code other hand, fill car, put gas pump back with dirty hand then sanitize before getting back in car.

As I have said 1000 times. I am not supportive of complete lockdowns, but am 100% pro mask. And yea, large indoor gatherings are a dumb idea right now. If you can go see your family and distance or eat outside. Great.

Just found out my step son has it, as does his wife. They were planning to go to his wife's elderly grandparents for Thanksgiving. Think they would have felt a little bad if grandma or grandpa had got it and dies in a hospital all alone? I know the answer because I SEE IT ALL THE TIME!

Just curious.

Let's face it nobody likes to or wants to wear a mask or be limited on what we do but we seem to regulate most dangerous activities. Drinking and driving, requiring shots before goto school/college, seat belts, etc.... Of course most regulations are about money let's face it... So are mask mandates and shutdowns about money (think long term) and or are they about saving people?
Lots of businesses require flu shots and their people to wear protection, OSHA although being retarded alot of times regulates work areas.
I'm not abdicating for shutdowns/limiting one way or the other as I think we don't really have a handle on what to do. I wear a mask where I feel it's needed to protect myself as alot of people are stupid and just like regular flu go out with symptoms and knowing they are sick. Who hasn't wanted to push a coworker into a wood chipper that came to work sick as hell and spread it.
Fyi i had a meltdown when they shuttered my son's school earlier this year when precautions were being taken already and not an environment where anyone is close to one another.
I'm debating starting a thread on this shutdown /mask/no mask/limits but frankly people couldn't keep it civil so what's the sense.
As for herd immunity.. That's great except I don't want to be part of that herd that gets it, I'm fuked up enough thanks.

The MAJORITY....VAST MAJORITY of the population is not wearing an N95 mask. Nor are they throwing whatever they are wearing, away 10 times a day because they have a supply room with 20000 more whenever needed.

Disposable blue paper masks
