What's a hoagie? Up here its a sub roll.
I would say go to MarketBasket but we all know whats going on with them right now.
There really isn't any bake shops in this state.Your best bet is to try these guys down is Mass,they supply alot the sub shops and restaurants in the region and have a very good product.
Their store which isn't to far from the border.

Nah, just figured with him being from NY he would know the kind of bread I meant. I was hopin, because he's been here for a while, he might know of a good Italian bread shop...like my family's.

But alas, no such luck, but I will check out the one that m&t suggested.
I'm thinking of adding cold hoagies/grinders/hero/subs whatever they are called up here

You're 7 hours away but it may be worth a shot to contact them to see what their closest distributor is from you.
Their rolls are the best anywhere and the plant is 10 miles from me...
