Hi Mike, I have been refraining from posting there for some 8 mo. because of him. He has my screen name, right where he's wanted it for years, one step from perma.....IMO, of course he's wrong, but too long a story. It's a ****ing computer forum site, not life or death.

In the grand scheme of things, contrary to what they probably believe, being a moderator on an internet forum is kind of ridiculous to ego/power trip over. It doesn't make you any more important than somebody else.

No disrespect to the moderators and admins here, but realistically it's pretty much nonsense. I can understand banning somebody for saying offensive things or posting highly inappropriate material, but in all seriousness, it's just an internet forum for Christ sakes.

Well, this is quite comforting, knowing that others share in my distaste for this "Holier than thou" (adjective removed)....He was a prick from the first day he became a mod and hasn't changed. How he can keep form correcting our grammar, punctuation or spelling must be his biggest struggle....

Seriously, how can a moderator take out their revenge on a member from a OFFLINE Private message conversation? I mean typing something on the open forum is understandable but a PM? He has now twice banned my screen name for six months terms, from these offline conversations/arguments. Him and his favorite suck up groupies, gang up on guys they don't feel agree with their opinions, then shun your words. He's edited/deleted and otherwise changed the entire meaning of my posts by his omissions of the words posted. (adjective removed). Yes, I would repeat these words in person. Waiting for the day.
