Man, I just hope it works out for the best which ever direction it takes. Hang in there. Go to the Doc and get some Ambien. At least you will sleep, and no sleep along with stress is damn sure no good for you. Wishing you the best either way.

We sat down and talked last night. Our biggest problem is poor communication skills and the fact that when I get mad or upset, I completely shut down.

One of the issues is also that she normally waits until after I've had a few beers to try and talk. Starting 6/21 I am alcohol free. I am doing this because I want to for my health and to remove any hindrance to me being the man she deserves. (for the record, I normally consume close to an 18 pack a week).

At this time a believe I may have her convinced to give me another chance, but I really don't know yet. I slept a few hours last night, but experienced some of the craziest dreams imaginable. Hell, it would make a great movie plot.

I've only thrown up twice this morning, so that is getting better. Beside me is a cold bottle of ginger ale and a pack of saltines to make another attempt at settling my stomach.

I had a carnivore extravaganza! Sous Vide'ed 2 Black Angus USDA Prime boneless Ribeyes. Each steak was 2 inches thick and weighed almost 1.9 lbs each!
