GWiz just finished the Naples Half Marathon this morning (her first ever) and won her age group! Congrats G! 2 hours, 8 minutes, 13.1 miles.

It's a type of tape that athletes use to keep their joints in place. She's always had issues with her knees.

Women have a tendency to tear ACLs, especially true if they're playing baseball for whatever reason. It helps to add a little more stability to avoid that.

Good little runner you got there!

A lot of the ortho offices around here have "sports medicine Doctors", does she see someone like that for her knees? I have heard of some good results due to them!

The lady who runs the Run Shoppe turned her onto that stuff back in her freshman year of high school.
