Default A little reminder about what's at stake...
1. Justice Scalia is 76. Reagan appointee.
2. Justice Kennedy is 76. Reagan appointee.
3. Justice Breyer is 74. Clinton appointee.
4. Justice Ginsburg is 79. In addition, Justice Ginsburg is reportedly ill. Clinton appointee.

Right now there are 5 Republican appointees and 4 Democratic appointees on the Court. Four new appointments could come up in the next four years, turning the makeup to 6 Democrats and 3 Republicans.

The ridiculous part is people can't separate topics from posters. Half my non political threads on OT have irrelevant bullshit posts from people in this section.

Discuss the OT thread in OT and discuss the political crap over here. How hard is that?
