When you think about it, it's ironic that what is perceived as a 'dumb cartoon' from 80 years ago is so much more well thought out, engineered, and executed than our new, CGI generated woke crap. You had a few great minds, a few talented artists, and some voice-over actors and had something that was, indeed, timeless.

Cartoons were so much better made, illustrated, and thought out back in our day. The crap they're feeding kids today is all Chinese-made low budget junk.

The repartee between Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck was priceless. You cannot convince me that this was made solely for kids.

Most of that stuff from the '20's through about 1960 was for adults more than kids. Ever listen to 1930's Popeye's musings? Cartoons got more kid-oriented when you and I were toddlers in the early '60's: Yogi Bear, Tennessee Tuxedo, Fractured Fairytales, Commander McBragg, Mr. Magoo, etc.
