BS.

I know a guy that was shot by a .25 ACP. Dude has a massive scar from neck to navel from them going in and fixing all the damage.

ANY caliber can do serious damage, just depends on the person, what they are wearing, and just how far the bullet travels. I would not want to get shot with any caliber.
