It appears the victim who was being attacked by the gunman got the gun away from him and shot the bully with his own gun. Totally cool.

Thought the bad guy was shot with his own gun? Taking the gun away from a criminal isn't unlawful possession but shooting the criminal with it is generally frowned upon.

Pretty sure it IS unlawful in NYC. Had this happened in Manhattan, I have no doubt Fat Albert Bragg would have indicted and arrested this guy. Do you not recall Bragg indicting and arresting the senior citizen bodega worker who fought back against the guy who had the worker cornered and was attacking the worker?

He was arrested and spent time at Riker's Island, until a crescendo of public outrage caused Fat Albert to have him released. That worker fled back to Puerto Rico to escape the clutches of Fat Albert.

Why do you think governments here were so happy to fire or discharge any employee or soldier who refused to take the clot shots? Those are EXACTLY the type of people who would actually question orders, especially questioning and refusing ILLEGAL orders.

You can see now, almost 20 years ago, cops and Guard troops in New Orleans perfectly willing to violate the constitutional rights of American citizens. Think it's better, or worse, now that most any cop or soldier who took their oaths seriously have been drummed out?
