That many acres is 300'ish square miles. Not particularly significant in a state of that size.

I once saw a cracked train wheel throw sparks into the grass starting a fire practically every revolution of the wheel. By the time I got the family out there to extinguish it along our property line you could see smoke and flames looking down the tracks as far as the horizon.
