Shaker Heights......that is the region my cousin lived in back in the late 50's/early 60's nice region back then, decent homes, clean.....his father was a Ma Bell EE......

Been to Akron once, I was 20, drank a whole lotta beer, do not remember much, except winning money at basketball at 7 AM in 20-degree weather during a snow flurry--much longer story.

cleveland, do not stay there, unless you like stink, filth and the high probability of death.
cleveland, if the world gets an enema, this is where it will inserted.
cleveland, leaving is better than the day you sold that boat.
cleveland, only thing growing is the crime rate.
cleveland, a great place to live if your current home is nyc, la, buffalo, detroit.
cleveland, ignore the stench, you will get used to it in a year or two.

In 2018, we stayed in the penthouse of the Glidden Mansion. It was a hair over $300 at the time, and absolutely worth it.
