Dodged a bullet....
..I needed new tires on the Z16 so I started shopping and found a set at a good price. Wife said "while you are at it how about some Z06 chrome wheels? The ones on the car need to be re coated and since they are pretty rare you can put them in storage and fix them as you have time"
(I love it that my wife understands all this stuff BTW) Well when they took the wheels off, one of the sets of spokes on a front was cracked through...completely. Guess I ought to buy a lottery ticket.... (A Special Thanks to Lutzdog for taking the car in for me since I'm traveling and will need it to hit the road as soon as I get back to Virginia. Takes a special type of friend to take time out of his day to look out for another friend.) PD
