Restless leg syndrome. Anyone have it?
For many years now I occasionally get these "spasms" in my ankles. Usually at night right after I lay down. It literally feels like my ankles are going to explode. Normally I get up, walk around and just do some stretching exercises. Basically anything I can do to give my ankles some movement. Now the sensation has spread into my left knee.
So my question is this, who else has RLS, what does it feel like, do you experience it every night and what do you do to relieve it? |

I had a big problem with aspartame, and it made my feet tingle and twitch, so much so, that I couldn't fall asleep, I'd get up a walk around the block, and pop 2 advils. The I quit all diet drinks, and yogurt cups, all loaded with the shit. Within a week, all twitching was gone!

I used to have issues with it - one of the most annoying sensations a person can experience.

My ex-wife had that. She went to a neurologist and he prescribed her something that people with Parkinson's disease take. It worked wonders.

According to people who believe that everyone else's body functions exactly like their own, it's a made up condition and therefore you can't have it.

I have it every so often. I find that if I increase my calcium intake I don't have them. Don't know why but it works for me
