Bengals owner Mike Brown said Palmer isn't available. Brown claims that since Palmer signed a contract, he should stick to his commitment. Funny how all those guys he's cutting also had contracts, and Brown didn't "stick to his commitment".

Yes, an old, slow monster. Dallas needs a new O-Line that can pass protect for more than 12 milliseconds.

I saw the Cowboy beat reporter for the Dallas Morning News on TV the other night say that this would be a "rebuilding year" for the team.

O-Line? Safety? cover Corner? I think about the only positions in good shape are the Endorsement Back, the OverHyping Specialist and we'll see if the Special Excuse Teams can get up to speed by midseason.

Players who are not under contract can negotiate with teams right now, but they can't sign anything until Aug 2, and can't join camp until Aug 4. Players can start officially getting released from teams tomorrow, but most are being notified today.

They've needed a few new lineman for a couple years, and a safety ever since Darren Woodson retired.
