The Woodstock Strat? That was a ‘68 in Olympic White. This was the big headstock, big logo era after Leo sold out to CBS. Pre CBS Strats bring big coin.

Pretty simple job on a slab guitar. I had to replace a pot on one of my archtops and it involved removing a pickup, sticking 3 feet of aquarium tubing on the end of the pot and carefully pushing it through the guitar and fishing it out of the pickup hole. After soldering the new pot up, you stab the tubing on the end of the new pot and carefully fish it back through. It's a little like building a ship in a bottle. I'd rather work on Teles and Strats any day, but I would rather play archtops.

I don’t own an archtop. I’ve looked at a few but never got off my wallet. What ever it is it’s got* to be a florentine cut. I REALLY like those.

I have a black Falcon. 6136BK pro-line. My wife gave it to me in 2006 for an anniversary gift. I think she paid about $2,600 for it. Hard to believe they are going for $4k now. Personally, I would really like a Super 400, but unless I win the lottery that isn't happening.

I can barely make it through half a song. Never cared for them and they were over played on the radio during my DJ days.

Little trivia.... the singer and drummer from Tool were on the Green Jelly album and had a lot to do with the song "Three Little Pics."
