SOLD the '88 Yesterday
It was a great car for what it was. I'll miss it on the twisties.
The '71 will keep me occupied. Thanx to everyone from that other place for all the advise since 2006. Mark |

Both nice vettes. The 71 though will cost more in gas than the 88. I have a friend that has a 71 and he only drives it once a month due to the high cost of gas.

If I had a 71 as nice as the one above, I'd forgoe other things....like food and utilities....and drive it whenever I wanted.

If you don't, I'll send the dog to crap in your yard and the cat to climb all over your cars. My daily driver these days is a 2010 GMC 2500 HD that manages about 14mpg... I understand that one. |

The '71 may only get 14mpg, but it's worth every penny.

OK now I'm jealous. BTW, we drove a Sneesuzu Rodeo for about 3 yrs that only got 15 mpg. We traded in a Tahoe on that one that got better.
