Yes we have a bread-maker. Had it for years and never buy store-bought bread anymore unless it's something specialty.

When I lived in NY I used to instruct a class on baking bread (along with classes on pies, cakes, French pastry, classical sauce technique, soups, etc)...25 students in a commercial kitchen, with a wait-list of 10-15 hoping someone would cancel there is nothing more satisfying than making it from scratch, and the scent of freshly baked bread wafting out of the kitchen is out of this world.

That being said, I'm certain I have a bread machine that I got on Prime Day a while back just because I love kitchen gadgets but I have not used it yet...would rather just make it myself. Should Coronapocalypse happen, I'm stocked up with plenty of flour and yeast.
