Wasn't just cardboard, her arm was holding the other side of the sign, well into the roadway.
You can clearly see the arm getting thrown by impact with biker.

Bikes are incredibly popular on the island where we live. There are lots of bike lanes and bike trails. I can tell you that the majority of bike riders completely ignore stop signs, whether on bike trails or roads. It's FAR more than 2%. Signal a turn? Have yet to see one bike rider do that. The worst are the packs of spandex-clad road bikers, who would rather ride on the road than the designated bike trail a few feet off the road.

I don't know any Harley riders, but they all seem to be fat and ugly, so there's that.

Oh man, we get the packs of spandex ass bobbers here in Orange park too. I have a second horn on a momentary switch installed on my truck. 120db gets their attention from a distance and they get the **** out of the way.

You might try that where you are. Let those phaggots know to get out of the way and possibly make them shit their spandex.

A1A leading off the south end of the island has a bike trail off the road, separated by grass and trees in many places. It's probably at least 8' wide. Spandex-clad road bikers don't think they should use it, they'd rather ride in a big pack on A1A where the speed limit is 55. Idiots.
