Time for a hot sauce thread
Ok, whatcha got at your house? A couple of bottles here on on the slim side. I bought the industrial bottle of Louisiana brand yesterday, as the regular bottles practically evaporate around here. Between my oldest son and myself, we use a lot of hot sauce. These are our current selections.

My wife makes her own weekly it will put most on their knees. I can not even kiss her for at least an hour after she eats it.

Tabasco (red and green), Sriracha and Cholula in my frig.
Attached are the best stuffed peppers I've ever had. They make a great gourmet pepper spread too that's adds some zing to burgers, fried egg sandwiches and quesadillas. www.fatheadpeppers.net |

Sriracha and Cholula's here along with a local Jamaican restaurant's "Hot and Sweet" homebrew. (More hot than sweet.) Some really kickass Badia brand Cayenne which is close to nuclear strength. And always a jar of Wickles.

Maybe tomorrow I’ll show you what we consider to be just normal amounts of hot sauce. At least 40 containers.

So much for keeping up with the Cybercowboy family!! I can't say as I blame you though. I ran out of hot sauce about a year ago. Something that I thought impossible at my house.

I grow my own peppers, herbs, and spices then make my own hot sauce.
I have one I (and lots of people like) made from Ghost peppers, tobasco peppers, and habanero peppers along with various other spices. A drop or two is good. A little more makes you re-evaluate your life choices. Anything more and you will have burned yourself a 2nd asshole. |
