Normally at this point in a trial, the evidence is so heavily slanted to the prosecution that a juror is thinking to him/herself, "let's pronounce this fekker guilty and go home."

Unless there are some bombshells in waiting that no one knows about, I don't think the defense even needs to present.

The one thing that I'm taking away from all of this is the atrocious education that Rachel has received. First off, being 19 means you should already be out of school. The fact that she can not speak proper English or even read cursive writing is simply jaw dropping.

I do not care what culture a person comes from. Black, White, Hispanic, Asian, everyone should be taught how to speak and read properly.

Every teacher that passed her along to the next grade should be disciplined.

Oh, and Zimmerman is going to walk. If this case were not so racially charged, the judge would have dismissed the case with the testimony already given.

As shocking as it sounds, they don't even teach cursive writing in the Jefferson County Public Schools both our kids are enrolled in. We had to teach our kids how to write in cursive at home.

They teach "internet communication" and all those texting shortcut words and shit.

And until these said cultures begin to engrain and instill the value of education into their children, nothing is going to change, I don't care how much money you throw at the problem.

We have a saying in our house, "we ain't raisin' no fools." Ask my kids what it means and they'll be glad to tell you.
