RIP I actually met her when she was the ambassador to Ghana. It was at a 4th of July celebration at the American embassy in 1975.

And some out takes of her running up/down an airplane isle with all the smiling passengers......

reminded my of my ~2 year old daughter doing that while her brother slept on a flight to Ca. from DC.....he snoozed the entire flight....she entertained the passengers, they were all grins....thankfully.....so daughter was MY watch, son was up to Mommy.....we had the bulkhead seats on a 747.....center/left row.....I was very paranoid.....

and the movie shots just reminded me of that.....cute kid....good show, Shirley....
