Default Need some advice on electric carving knives

So I have this electric carving knife and have not had to use it in years. It is that kind that has the double blades. When carving, meat gets in between blade and basically makes it more difficult to carve.

Do they make single blade carving knives and if so, are they any good.

Can't help. I use either a Wusthof or Henckels manual depending on the size of the beast.

If you need an electric knife then you're doing meat wrong.

How small do you need to make the bodies before you dispose of them?

Had back surgery about 6 months ago...lo spine right side....thought from the look of it he used a chain saw...4" long and used stables about 1/2 inch wide to 'stitch' it up.....it was just above the undershorts /briefs line....

Well, I got the same knife as Mr. Vette, A black and Decker. It is a white black and decker to be exact. Guess I will have to be satisfied with it. I think I have not used it in 5 years until Thursday.
