Fell asleep on the couch under a duvet last night....now my neck is messed up.

Neighbor is selling a Mercedes 550 G-Wagon. I know this is an incredibly STUPID vehicle to even consider (top heavy, boxy, drinks gas like Madd~E drinks beer or Doug~E drinks boxed wine).... but I think they are in financial trouble and selling for 11K under value. Buy/Drive/flip in a few months?
