Default Christine O'Donnell

Anyone think she has a chance of getting elected to the Senate?

Yesterday Bill released a video of her saying that evolution was a myth.

So unless the state is full of retards, I'd say her chances are pretty slim.

After everything I’ve seen over the past several months … I think Porous Rock can be elected to The Senate. So long as it doesn’t move on any legislation, change any statuesque, or propose any ideas that make any type of common sense.

O'Donnell represents todays right-wing ... pre-First Great Depression (neo-conservative) *progressiveism* in regression ... that is, back in post-*gilded-age(s)* ... the ethos identical to the Bush neocons ... they too hid their serious personal dysfunctions both public & private while referring to the FDR Dems as socialist/communist/national socialist fascists ...

I really wouldn't mind this realm of the Tea Party as nothing more than conducting themselves as 60's hippies *anti-establishment* platform(s) ... but they appear to be sober instead of on drugs ...

I find it difficult to believe he is actually finding some type of success in her political career.

All this after a little more than two years ago, the Hot Political Campaign topic was; who would be more qualified to answer the Phone Call at 3:00AM?

What the Hell Happen to those Standards?

I agree with getting rid of all the elected officials and starting all over. Congress, both sides have completely lost touch with society as a whole. Democrats say no to anything the Republicans are for. Republicans say no to anything the Democrats say. No one is working together.
Both sides point the finger at the other and say "They did it!"
Presidents get the blame for decisions congress makes. Placing the blame of the current financial woes of the country squarely on Obama's shoulders is as silly as blaming Bush for Katrina or the September 11 attacks.
Our elected officials screw things up, place the blame on everyone else and move on trying to make sure they are re-elected. While the rest of us are sitting back hoping our jobs will be there tomorrow, they are voting themselves a pay raise.
I am far from being a Tea Party member but I do think we need to get rid of the majority of people in Washington and start using some common sense.

What I am disappointed about from President Obama is he tries way too much for Bi-partisanship. The Republican Party made it clear to him from day one that they will not work with him under any conditions. With that advance knowledge, he should have let the American people know, without any reservations, that his administration needs to govern regardless to politics and that he will be the one in charge and he alone will be accountable for decisions going forward. He should forget about being a two term President and simply do the job he was elected to do. The Republicans will get their chance soon enough and everyone will see, good or bad, what they can do, once they "get their America back". But for now, he should simply lead by example.

the Pubs showed their hand when Bonehead Bohner said "if we can defeat health care it will be Obama's Waterloo." THAT'S what it's all about. defeating Obama at any cost to the nation.

It’s already cost America in time wasted and worldwide respect.

Think about it; the Republican Party has been getting PAID to do NOTHING for years … and they have the complete backing of their supporters to continue to do NOTHING. It’s the greatest gig in the world to have NO responsibility and NO accountability, all under the full support of your constituents, while bring in an excellent salary.

Hell … Even Bernie Madoff had to work for the Money he stole.

Proof of attempts at bipartisanship?

I would argue that he hasn't....read the notes from his meetings with GOPers on health care. My way or the highway isn't bipartisan in any way, shape or form.

Depends on what bi-partisanship is ... is ...

(R)'s believe bi-partisanship is to wave around a 15 page *Better Solutions* and *Contract ON America* that calls to arms and to obstruct & filibuster & repeal and call for Obama's and (D)'s impeachment using the language of hate and 2nd Amendment remedies to Take the Country Back to the Bush neocons ...

Sad.
