my dad had a scrambler back in the day too. I bet there's a lot of guys out there who will see it at car shows and remember the day they had one.

Took it out for a couple laps around the neighborhood tonight. Doesn't need much work. Need to fix a loose wire on the taillight, and I think the carb needs a new gasket, as it's been leaking a little fuel. Got home from work tonight and dixie was already in the garage working on it.

I had a 175 like that years ago, and it was a good reliable bike. Are you sure it's a CB? Looks more like an SL model with those exhausts, and the SL gas tank is like that. The CB had a more road style tank with chrome side panels and more capacity.

If it's titled as a CB, I'd be double checking the serial no.'s to be safe
