I almost had a 69 Mach 1. a freind had it from his dad, and he went off and joined the Army after high school. His dad owned an engine shop and planned on his son working there with him, was pissed at him for enlisting, so he offered to sell me the car for $2800. It had a built 351C. ran the 1/4 in 12.8 @ 114.
He changed his mind when I showed up with the cash.

The beach road (PCH) is about 20 min from my old place in Ventura. Used to cruise this exact stretch of road in Malibu!
