Instead of giving free phones to obama voters, we should give free turkey fryers. We would solve unemployment, welfare, and the deficit by New Years.

I fried about 20 turkeys one day for my old Corvette club and never again. It makes a giant mess, I smelled like a grease pit for two days after, and honestly it produces just meh turkey. That's my opinion, but I wouldn't turn down some deep fried turkey if offered.

People who do not turn the burner off while immersing the turkey deserve everything they get.

We picked up an electric fryer. After today's turkey, we'll do wings tomorrow.

I use the Char Broil infrared cooker. It is just like deep frying but without the oil. Turkey comes out deep fried and not greasy. You can also inject the turkey to cook it this way. We did two turkey's last year and I'll probably do one or two later this year.
Oh you can do a rub on the bird as well. |
