Default So the dog was barking.
I went out in the dark to see what was up and saw a bunch of lights in the old abandoned falling down corn factory. I walk to the south side of the house and see a person where a tree was "damaged" by the high winds last night. I have a 3500 lumen flashlight I used to shine over there and yelled to be careful of the tree. It was a blond female crying. She hadn't even seen my ugly mug and was already crying. Said she had anxiety and thought she may have broken her foot either coming down the rock from the train tracks or on some of the debris. I helped her stand and saw the lights getting closer. I asked if they were with her and she said no. It turned out to be the sheriff and local police. About 7 of them. They called EMS and are taking care of her. No pics. I didn't have my phone or camera.



She was between the brush pile and the tree debris.

Drifter? Ax murderess? I don't see why anyone would be walking around there, especially at night. Glad you were able to help out, though. She must have had the wherewithal to call 911, but your flashlight probably made it a lot easier for them to actually find her. Good on you for helping someone in need.

She said her car, rental since her car was stolen 4 days ago, was parked at the lake and she was walking the path, but somehow got on the tracks. Maybe I will find out the truth of her situation if she was lying.

7 cops? Something sounds fishy here. We never see that many cops looking for someone these days unless a MOD at CF gets butt hurt

Corn doesn't burn that well. Maybe they made corn liquor and the stills kept catching fire.
