Prosecution gave the defense a low resolution drone video of that night, while they had a much higher quality video.

It’s sad that the Right wants to hold him up as a hero, and the Left has to take the exact intensity opposite view. And in this case (okay, in most cases) you can blame the Left Wing Media for vilifying him which REQUIRED the Right to hold him up as a hero. The reality is: He’s neither. I watched some of that fat, Drew Carrey looking dip-shit of a Prosecutor give his closing arguments. If he had charged him appropriately, reckless conduct or something like that, he could have gotten an appropriate conviction and punishment.
