Would the band have made it big without DLR? Or would they have been studio musicians and song writers...

Eddie was everything in that band.

They would've made it big with the lady in Strats n Vettes' avatar singing lead.

More precisely, would VH have amounted to anything without the help of DLR's dad?

From looking at that and other pictures, I'm thinking someone else got in the woodpile.

Those two never looked a thing alike.

My great Aunt used to date the father of Eddie and Alex back in the 80's. She used to send me pics and boxes of things from the 1984 tour when she would go with them to cities in CA. That stuff is probably still boxed up at my parents house somewhere

If you have this one in the attic, I'll buy it.
I had the exact same one from that tour.
Mine was given to someone in Peru when I was there back in 81
Dave was drunk as a skunk, but they still rocked .

Sounds kinda Gene Simmonsy, hu??
Gene Simmons discovered VH and had a big hand in getting them their first record deal.

Man this brings back great memories.. What a show !!
