Default Caught 31 dolphin today. (BIG pictures)
Actually it was closer to 50 but we had to toss a lot back. We sat on top of a school for an hour and reeled them in as fast as we baited out hooks.

We were fishing in the gulf stream about 32 miles off shore. My buddy has a 35 foot Donzi fishing boat that does 65 mph so it didn't take too long to get there.

Just had one of them for dinner.

Nice! Good eating

I went on a trip with a couple of other docs out into the Gulf when I lived in Naples. It was August, 2004. We caught tons of Dolphin, Grouper, Snapper, Bonita, even a shark or two. We divided it up between us, had a good fish fry and took the rest home to the freezer...

...One week later Hurricane Charley tore its ass through and I lost power for a week--and, consequently, all that nice fish I had in the freezer
