So, the number in his screen name is not his IQ. Good to know.

She's a '67.
I was commenting on the car being just a bit older than me (born in '68) which makes me feel better.

And scary bad suspension.

When I first got the car my daughter was excited to race a little Honda at the light next to us. I reminded her that a stock Civic would smoke us.

Weighed my car when we were setting up the suspension. I figured it would be 4000 lb + but weighed in at 3450 complete with a 30 gal gas tank.

Exactly the reason I dumped my '79 Vette.
I redid the suspension, but to pump up the volume and upgrade the brakes, it just wasn't worth it. My 525i was spectacular compared to the Vette, so why even bother?
Your car, on the other hand, is worth it.

I estimated you to be 3,500#s. How much she weigh?

Empty tank she'd be about 3250.

3450 complete with a full tank of gas (30 gals ~200 lbs)

C7 Z06 weighs in at 34-3600 depending on options.

I hear that. The goat is a blast to cruise in but the little AMG I recently bought (used of course) is a LOT more fun to drive.

Now I'm just waiting to see how often that bitch is in the shop.

Still may sell the C5 as it just doesn't get driven but 500 miles a year.
