The problem is 100% on the Democrats. It began with the Democrat slave owners and got to be huge modern problem with the Democrats and the Johnson administration. There is no doubt that the Dems saw the blacks were growing in the middle class and prospering in the 1960's...they wanted no part of that.

Between abortion and welfare, the Democrats have completely destroyed the black family and the black middle class.

And...to cover for the obvious fukkup...they introduced political correctness a couple decades ago. And because of it, no one can speak of the problem or be labeled a racist.

I don't GAF how many yuppie looking blacks or mixed raced families they try to portray as mainstream on TV...it's a ruse. These people are fuking ignorant animals. Sad for the millions of good black people. But I have little compassion for them because they allowed it.

And that is the 900 pound elephant in the room that nobody wants to address. It comes down to basic anthropology. I know it isn't very nice to talk about it, much less point it out, but ignoring basic truths never got anyone anywhere.

There is a reason why blacks lag behind whites when it comes to school. A very simple reason. But liberals will insist on trying to jam a square peg into a round hole in the name of "equity". All they are doing is hurting the brighter students by holding them back.
