Been looking at old cars(60s and before} but doesn't seem to be a middle ground on prices, either a total pile of trouble or high dollar "rsstored"

Brake problems again.
Can't figure this one out. All new calipers and Master cylinder.
No leaks, hold pressure (15psi applied at MC). Fantastic brake pedal pressure
after complete flush and bleeding (including bench bleed of MC)
As I drive the car, it looses pedal pressure. At 10miles with minimal braking,
brake pedal goes to floor, like MC boiled the fluid. Still no fluid loss.
This is the 2nd brand new MC (NAPA) that did this. I have a completely new MC arriving by Wednesday (different manufacturer).

1) Bench bled 2 master cylinders
2) power bled all 4 calipers 3 times at MC (15psi applied to MC, bleed thru
calipers.
3) After 3rd power bleed, did the manual pump pedal/hold & bleed at all
4 calipers. Within 10 miles of driving, brake pedal goes to floor, very
minimal braking. No leaks. No fluid loss. Where the heck is the pressure
going?

I'm thinking design flaw/wrong MC type, but all NAPA info says this is the
correct cylinder (PS vs Manual brakes)

It's like the power booster is sapping all the pressure out. I thought if the
booster is shot, the brake pedal should get stiffer and harder to push.

Ideas?

If it was wrong bore(non vs power) the issue would show up immediately.
To me seems either the booster or hoses. You could have a hose expanding.
I would unhook booster from vacuum and try it.
Also a cheap thing to try would be the check valve for booster.
Odds of several MC being bad are slim although possible
