You're only partially right. We are laughed at, but even as jacked up as this administration has us, we are still better than others.

I speak to, and email locals as well as Americans in country all over the globe. They are respectful of America and temper their opinions unless the gate is opened. Once they pick up on a hint of dissatisfaction from this side, or that they can speak freely, they will be pretty open with their opinions.

I shared a story a while back from a guy in Pakistan. He said that they hate that America is always playing the policeman of the world, but if there has to be a policeman, they are glad it is America.

FDR implemented the Administrative State that Woodrow Wilson envisioned.
