This particular piece is in Virginia. Summer 2015. Looks like maybe from the same batch of wood. That’s the term you woodies use, right? Batch of wood.

The humid climes in the commonwealth are a constant concern. What is your favorite rust inhibitor? I have been using ammonia free windex weekly, and as you noticed, it’s held up well.

Not a chance I would spend that much money on a knife that I cook with. I’m not cheap when it comes to knives, but you reach a point of diminishing returns at that level.
