my wife is not a fan of brisket.
I did a tr-tip, brisket style maybe a month ago.

almost as good as a brisket, but she actually liked it.
much more lean.

Toss a pork loin in there at the same time and pull it off just under 140 and let it rest it will go up to 145. Best advice is go low and slow.

No such thing as warm beer up where Flex lives in the Gulag. I don't think the ambient air temp ever gets above 40 Fahrenheit.

I was there many years ago, probably summer of 1988, was at the pathetic Toronto Expo, I believe it happened 10+ years prior, but they tried to keep it going for tourists.

I tried, and tried, and tried, and not one damn concession stand could give you a coke with ice, they were very unfamiliar with ice, I tried to explain to no avail.

They also sell their milk in plastic bags,,,

You may want to throw on some meaty chicken legs, leave skin on, a little rub, cheap enough to experiment with, but very damn tasty if you pull it off.

Been driving the Z06 since Saturday again.
