Somewhere around 20, not counting the cars that have been "family cars," as I consider them my wife's. Four of them Corvettes. And probably a dozen motorcycles too- Harleys and Hondas. Only new vehicle I've ever owned was an '05 Harley Sportster, bought while I was mad at Honda for not getting the parts in for my Magna. Turned out to be a good mad decision- absolutely loved that little Harley.
Total of one moving violation in all my years of driving. It was written for 48 in a 25 while going to the hospital to check on my dad, written by a cranky old goat in my hometown who had zero compassion. After he retired and I was the one with the badge and gun, I had the pleasure of stopping HIM for speeding. Karma, my friends, bites. Even if it takes a while. |

20 total. That is both cars and trucks combined, and not counting the wife's cars. I'm not even going to get into all the motorcycles, because I'm pretty sure I lost count a while back. Heck, I have 5 Harley's currently.

Over 50 since 1962, I will not attempt to put them down. That is cars (6 of which were Vettes) and 4x4 PU trucks. My wife also has bought a few SUVs on her own.
Most were new purchased and what is called "loaded" by the car sellers. I made good money did a lot of driving due to work and changed rides often. Now retired, doing less driving and getting more years between changes. |

My list should come in at least impressive, for sure!
Almost an even split for auto vs. manual. 1973 Fiat 124 Spider - MT 1975 Ford Maverick - AT 1980 C3 Vette - AT 1984 Ford Bronco - MT 1985 Pontiac Fiero - MT 1987 Dodge D100 - MT 1989 Toyota Pickup - MT (current) 1992 Ford F150 - AT 1998 C5 Vette - AT (current) 2004 Chevy Avalanche - AT (current) 1997 Honda VLX-600 1999 Suzuki SV-650 2002 Honda VTX-1800 2003 Kawasaki Z-1000 All the Bikes were purchased new, none of the cars/trucks - not even close, lol! Closest to new car I purchased was for my long time GF. Last August for her 50th Birthday, I surprised her with a one year off lease 2018 Camaro RS Vert The 1989 Toyota Pickup happened last April by chance. I fecking love that little truck! |
