IF festerneck died or became unable to hold office prior to August 18th, then a special election would be held according to PA Law.

Now that we are past Aug 18, Pa Gov Sharpiro can appoint a replacement of his choosing when the replacement "expires". ( if the replacement is doing the right things, no need to replace him)

I was born in McKeesport Hospital and I agree.... Most of my blue collar relatives growing up were coal miners or steel workers, they never would have given this jerk off a vote. However, most were hard core Democrats, back when the Dems were considered "the working man's" party.
