After a full day of interviews and tours

The new employer dance continues. For some unknown reason, the closer to the end of the day on a Friday, the shorter the interviews get.

How did you think it went?

It went fine. Only met one new person I hadn't previously spoken to for an hour on the phone. In-depth phone interviews don't leave much to talk about in person. I understand the need to do phone interviews but to fly someone out, give them a car and a hotel to sit in a room and say "well, we already spoke on the phone so you already answered all my questions" sort of seems like a waste.
