Flasher relay seems to function fine, rear signals and brake lights and license plate light are fine. When I pull out headlight switch halfway for parking lights, however, front parking lamps come on very dim. When headlights are on-nothin'. Turn signals up front don't come on even though flasher indicator lights on dash work. Any ideas?

Soft short would be my guess. Original harness?

Poor/oxidized wiring ground would be my first guess.

Default Figured it out...

Thank you, Gentlemen. I ran a length of 14 (probably should have used 16) gauge wire from turn signal/parking lamp housing to frame bolt to ground it good. Did the same on the other side. Wires cannot be seen from outside, and I would highly recommend doing this if anyone experiences a similar problem. Appreciate all the inputs.

You don't need bigger than #18 for under 16 amps.

Headlights are a big current "sink" on these cars and often older wiring/connection cause a problem in such a case. Many put relays on the headlight circuits to lessen the load on things like headlight switches, etc.. And, of course, grounds on a plastic car are a perennial problem.
