And the older I get, the faster I "get fat" when I have a physical problem and can't work out. I was in pretty good shape at the beginning of May, but then broke a bone in my wrist, and a week later ****ed up my knee, such that I was completely off of any kind of working out for 7 weeks, and didn't get back onto my full program for about 3 months. In that time, I gained 15 pounds, and it went straight to my fat belly!

FWIW: yes, Neece looked heavier in that picture than she did some years before, but compared to the average 53-54 year old women I see, she was nowhere close to "fat".
